After leaving school I enrolled for a BA at Wits, and 10 years after completing my degree, I went on to do a teaching diploma.
My passion is teaching Hebrew and Jewish studies to beginners and I am fortunate to be teaching children, adults,
women who are in the process of converting to Judaism as well as teaching English to Israelis who have come to live in South Africa.

While studying at Wits I met Gerald Schneider, who I married in 1970. We have two daughters, Tracey and Karen, and seven grandchildren.
All of my grandchildren are at King Davis Linksfield, ranging from the nursery school to the high school.
They are the third-generation Davidians in our family to have the privilege of attending this wonderful school.
My Late Dad, Julius Pulerewitz was amongst the original founders of King David School.
We, as a family are so proud of King David and are extremely grateful for the education and yiddishkeit that we have all received and continue to receive.

I am blessed to have my entire family living in Johannesburg and as a result have the nachas of watching my grandchildren grow
and being involved in their lives on a day to day basis.

I am so looking forward to reuniting with our class of '66 and sharing memories of our wonderful KDHS years.
