
Our department prepared lunch for the hospital dining room - staff and parents - about 200 people.
Rachel and I made ice-cream (mango flavoured/parave) and Brenda prepared her lemon and cranberry chicken.
As you can see, we had a really good time. Rachel and I made 27 English Cake pans.
When we served it we decorated each portion with strawberry’s and a mint leaf.
Elaine made meat pies, Dorit made lentil and cabbage soup and Hagai made his special rice. The kitchen made the salads.
We had a sell-out attendance!!!
