• 1967:- compulsory service in the Air Force Gymnasium.
• Completed a BA LLB at Wits simultaneously with intensive Torah Studies till Semichah in 1977
• 1968:- Directed Jewish Programs at KDS Hostel, Chazan Sheni Linksfield Shule
• 1970:- Spiritual Leader Victory Park Shule; during this time Jewish studies at Jewish Students University Program
• 1972:- Married Pnina Orbach, later a Primary teacher at King David Victory Park.
• 1976:- birth of daughter Gita
• 1977:- Rabbi at Northcliff Shule
• 1978:- Birth of daughter Talya
• 1979:- Migrate to Australia as a Rabbi and Chazan of Sydney's North Shore Synagogue
• 1982:- Birth of daughter Esther and become Rabbi of Adelaide South Australia
• 1986:- Birth of daughter Adina
• 1988:- Chief Minister Melbourne's St Kilda Synagogue, retiring in 2011 after a successful Rabbinical and Cantorial career
• 1992 - 1998:- President of Rabbis of Australia and New Zealand
• 2010:- First Patron Rabbinical Council of Victoria
• 2010:- Awarded the Order of Australia Medal for services to the Jewish Community by the Governor General
